About these terms

These Terms govern purchases, deliveries and use of services provided by Offerfocuspoint in Australia. They operate alongside the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) where relevant.

You agree that by ordering flowers or using our services you accept these terms, delivery conditions and our privacy practices (see Privacy section).

Privacy & data access (AUS)

Offerfocuspoint complies with the Privacy Act and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). For privacy-related requests (access, correction, deletion) use the form. We may need to verify identity before actioning requests.

If unsatisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).

We will acknowledge your request within 5 business days and respond as required by applicable Australian law.

Key policies — quick reference

Same-day delivery options are available where selected and subject to suburb cut-offs. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, traffic, or unforeseen events. We will notify customers of delays where possible.

Where goods are faulty or do not match description, consumer guarantees under the ACL apply and we will provide repair, replacement or refund as appropriate. Cancellation requests must be made prior to dispatch for possible refunds, minus any processing or delivery costs.

Except as required by law (including ACL), Offerfocuspoint's liability is limited to the cost of goods supplied. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Certain guarantees cannot be excluded under Australian law.

Consumer guarantees (Australia)

The ACL provides consumers with guarantees including acceptable quality, fitness for purpose and matching description. These guarantees cannot be excluded where a consumer is dealing as a consumer.

If you believe a guarantee has been breached, contact us; if not satisfied, you may seek assistance from your local consumer protection agency or the ACCC.
